Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Event Operations Excellence Manager for our event operations project Management Office and to drive excellence in project, program, and portfolio delivery.
- The Event Operations Excellence Manager will be responsible for governance, reporting, resource optimization, and ensuring alignment of all projects with organizational objectives between all the departments.
- This role requires strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills to embed best practices and enhance business value through effective project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, implement, and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
- Develop and manage portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and executive level reporting.
- Monitor project performance, risks, issues, and dependencies, providing actionable insights.
- Drive prioritization of projects to maximize ROI and strategic impact.
- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple projects.
- Ensure compliance with PMO processes, templates, and documentation standards.
- Lead lessons learned initiatives and continuous improvement of PMO functions.
- Support event operations team to increase organizational visibility on all the updates.
- Act as a key liaison between the event operations department and all the other departments in our company.
