Role Overview
Part-time Office Attendant role supporting daily office operations.
The role maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming workplace while providing basic office support.
The position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
- Maintain the pantry, meeting rooms, and common office areas.
- Keep pantry supplies adequately stocked and report replenishment needs.
- Assist with general office cleaning and tidiness throughout the day.
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier deliveries and distribute mail.
- Run occasional office errands when needed.
- Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming office environment.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
- Basic English communication skills.
