The Office Barista prepares beverages and supports a clean, organized, and customer-focused coffee station.
The role operates in a fast-paced environment and supports stock and inventory activities.
What You'll Do
- Prepare hot, cold, and iced coffee beverages, tea, and frappes on automatic coffee machines.
- Operate coffee machines, blenders, and other equipment.
- Keep the coffee station clean and organized.
- Maintain service standards according to company policies.
- Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene procedures.
- Manage inventory, assist with stock receiving, and maintain proper stock levels.
What You'll Need
- Previous barista experience is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organization.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for customer service.
Working Style
