- Handle reception duties and answer incoming phone calls professionally
- Welcome visitors and provide basic assistance when required
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and toilets
- Ensure the office remains clean, neat, and presentable at all times
- Arrange refreshments for staff and visitors when required
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, including stationery, pantry items, beverages, toiletries, and cleaning materials
- Conduct regular stock checks and report low stock levels for timely replenishment
- Maintain basic records of office supplies and requirements
- Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and other general administrative tasks
- Support daily office requirements and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision

Job Description
- We are looking for a young, responsible, and hardworking female Office Assistant to join our team.
- This position is ideal for freshers who are looking to start their career in an office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle reception duties and answer incoming phone calls professionally.
