- Handle reception duties and answer incoming phone calls
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms
- Ensure the office remains clean, hygienic, and presentable at all times
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, including stationery, pantry items, beverages, toiletries, and cleaning materials
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report low stock levels to ensure timely replenishment
- Identify office requirements and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision
- Serve refreshments to staff and visitors when required
- Provide general office support and assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Freshers and entry level candidates are preferred
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Office Boy/Girl, Housekeeping Staff, Reception Assistant, or similar role is an advantage
- Responsible, trustworthy, and hardworking
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage inventory and maintain basic records
- Self motivated and able to work independently
- Basic communication skills in English

Job Description
- We are looking for a reliable, organized, and hardworking Office Assistant to join our team.
- The role involves maintaining office cleanliness and organization, handling reception duties and phone calls, monitoring office supplies, and supporting the smooth day to day operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities
