Job Description

  • We are looking for a reliable, organized, and hardworking Office Assistant to join our team.
  • The role involves maintaining office cleanliness and organization, handling reception duties and phone calls, monitoring office supplies, and supporting the smooth day to day operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle reception duties and answer incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms.
  • Ensure the office remains clean, hygienic, and presentable at all times.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, including stationery, pantry items, beverages, toiletries, and cleaning materials.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report low stock levels to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Identify office requirements and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Serve refreshments to staff and visitors when required.
  • Provide general office support and assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Freshers and entry level candidates are preferred.
  • Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Office Boy/Girl, Housekeeping Staff, Reception Assistant, or in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Responsible, trustworthy, and hardworking.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage inventory and maintain basic records.
  • Self motivated and able to work independently.
  • Basic communication skills in English.
