Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms
- Ensure the office is clean, hygienic, and presentable at all times
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, including toiletries, pantry items, food and beverages, stationery, cleaning materials, and other office essentials
- Conduct regular inventory checks and proactively report low stock levels to ensure timely replenishment
- Take initiative in identifying office requirements and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision
- Serve refreshments to staff and visitors when required
- Assist with basic office support duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience in office cleaning, housekeeping, or office assistance is an advantage
- Responsible, trustworthy, and hardworking
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage inventory and keep records of office supplies
- Proactive, self motivated, and able to work independently
- Basic communication skills in English
- Tagalog (Preferred)

Job Description
- We are looking for a reliable, organized, and hardworking Office Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibility is to maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep of the office while ensuring that office supplies are properly monitored and replenished.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms.
- Ensure the office is clean, hygienic, and presentable at all times.
