Role Overview
MTS Group is seeking an experienced Off-Plan Property Specialist for its expanding real estate team.
The role focuses on Dubai developer projects, off-plan property sales, and investor requirements.
What the Employer Is Looking For
- Up to three years of experience in Dubai real estate.
- Knowledge of Dubai property laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Familiarity with real estate portals and digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
Compensation and Support
- The advertised pay is AED 6,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
- Commission ranges from 50% to 80%, with enhanced rates for self-generated leads.
- The company provides daily qualified leads, incentives, training, mentorship, and marketing support.
- Company-sponsored employment visa and RERA certification support are offered.
- Vehicle support options may be available subject to company policy.
