Job Summary
The role sits between business operations and the Odoo system by mapping how processes work and configuring Odoo to match them.
The core deliverable is end-to-end process mapping across all company departments and applying those maps in Odoo.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish end-to-end process maps across all company departments.
- Translate mapped processes into Odoo configurations and configure modules end to end.
- Test configurations before go-live and maintain current process documentation.
- Run requirements sessions with departments and clients when needed.
- Document decisions from requirements sessions.
- Support data migration, user training, and post-go-live fixes.
- Distinguish needs for custom development from solutions available in standard Odoo.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Odoo implementation experience.
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience building process maps for a whole organization, not only one department.
- Strong knowledge of sales, procurement, inventory, finance, and HR processes.
- Business judgment to question requirements before building them.
- Comfort working in both Arabic and English.

- Hands-on Odoo configuration across multiple modules.
- Organization-wide process mapping and documentation.
- Requirement gathering, facilitation, and decision documentation.
- Testing, data migration, and user training.
- Judgment on standard-versus-custom Odoo solutions.
