SOL Business Solutions is hiring a detail-oriented and organized Data Analyst.
The role focuses on data, business applications, data entry, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, enter, organize, and maintain data accurately across company systems and applications.
- Analyze data and prepare reports, summaries, and insights to support business decisions.
- Work with business applications, databases, and data management tools.
- Identify data errors, inconsistencies, and missing information and ensure correction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist with data cleanup, validation, and quality checks.
- Prepare Excel spreadsheets, dashboards, and regular reports.
- Support departments with data-related requests and analysis.
- Handle large volumes of information while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Improve data processes and reporting efficiency where possible.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong Excel skills and a good understanding of data analysis are required.
- Ability to learn and work with different software applications and systems.
- Strong data entry and organizational skills are required.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy are required.
- An analytical and problem-solving mindset is required.
- Good communication and teamwork skills are required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Excel skills may include PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data cleaning.
- Experience with databases or data management systems is preferred.
- Experience with reporting or dashboard tools such as Power BI is a plus.
- Previous experience in data entry, administration, or business applications is advantageous.
