Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic analysis, market research, and business assessments for client engagements.
• Analyze complex problems and develop practical, data-driven solutions.
• Prepare reports, executive summaries, and strategic recommendations.
• Develop and deliver presentations to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Build polished PowerPoint presentations that communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Support client proposals, pitches, and business development materials.
• Translate analytical findings into business implications and recommendations.
• Collaborate on strategies, deliverables, and client solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business consulting, or a similar role.
• Solid customer experience expertise covering customer research, journey mapping, touchpoint analysis, and pain-point analysis.
• Strong reporting, analysis, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and experience creating executive-level presentations.
• Experience developing proposals, pitch decks, and business development materials.
• Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
