Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Odoo development (preferably v14+)
- Excellent knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of main Odoo modules (Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting, CRM)
- Ability to write clean, modular, and testable code
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Teamwork and cross functional collaboration attitude
- Proactivity and result orientation
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)

Descrizione del ruolo
- Stiamo cercando uno Sviluppatore Senior Odoo con comprovata esperienza nello sviluppo e nella personalizzazione della piattaforma Odoo.
- La risorsa sarà responsabile dell’analisi, progettazione, sviluppo e manutenzione di soluzioni ERP basate su Odoo, collaborando con team cross funzionali per garantire l’efficienza dei processi aziendali.
Responsabilità principali
- Sviluppare e personalizzare moduli Odoo (backend e frontend);
- Analizzare i requisiti funzionali e tradurli in soluzioni tecniche scalabili;
- Integrare Odoo con sistemi esterni tramite API REST/SOAP;
- Ottimizzare le performance e garantire la sicurezza delle soluzioni implementate;
- Collaborare con team funzionali e utenti finali per test e rilascio;
- Redigere documentazione tecnica e supportare il team di assistenza.
Requisiti
- Esperienza di almeno 4 anni nello sviluppo su Odoo (preferibilmente v14+);
- Ottima conoscenza di Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML/CSS;
- Esperienza con Git e metodologie Agile/Scrum;
- Conoscenza dei principali moduli Odoo (Vendite, Acquisti, Magazzino, Contabilità, CRM);
- Capacità di scrivere codice pulito, modulare e testabile.
- Ottime capacità analitiche e di problem solving;
- Attitudine al lavoro in team e alla collaborazione interfunzionale;
- Proattività e orientamento al risultato;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).
