About the Role

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric patients to identify developmental delays, sensory processing issues, and functional limitations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, patient needs, and family goals
- Provide evidence based occupational therapy interventions to improve fine motor skills, gross motor coordination, sensory integration, and ADLs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate parents and caregivers on home programs and therapeutic techniques
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including pediatricians, physiotherapists, speech therapists, and psychologists
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid UAE license (DOH/DHA/MOH) as an Occupational Therapist
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy in an outpatient setting
