- Master degree in Medicine
- Licensed Medical Specialist
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar post
- Minimum English language required is KJO L4 – Intermediate

Job Purpose
- Responsible for overseeing nursing operations and ensuring quality patient care. They manage patient care, develop nursing care plans, and maintain standards. - Applies the day to day operations assigned for the Medical Affairs Division.
- Coordinate and supervise nursing staff to provide high quality patient care.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans based on patient needs and medical requirements.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, infection control measures, and patient safety standards.
- Identify training needs of nursing staff and organize relevant educational programs.

Qualifications, Experience & Language Skills
