Job Description

Responsibilities
- Balance transactions: Audit, post, and reconcile the day's financial activity across outlets
- Verify payment accuracy: Ensure all credit card transactions align with daily reports
- Investigate discrepancies: Identify and resolve any anomalies found between financial reports and takings
- Assist hotel management: Provide guidance and training to Night Managers on accurate financial processes and system use
- Support emergency response: Assist the Night Manager during emergency situations
