Role Overview

  • Fresha is the AI powered operating system for the beauty, wellness and self care industry.
  • We are looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our global business.
  • Reporting to the Business Development Team Lead, you will be 100% focused on bringing in new business development.
  • You will carry a quota target, complete field visits via cold outreach and have complete ownership of your pipeline.

What you will be doing

  • Consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Call key decision makers using phone, email & social touches with the goal of bringing on new business.
  • Present, promote and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Perform cost benefit and needs analysis with existing/potential partners to align solutions to their goals.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
  • Provide feedback about ongoing trends in the industry.
  • Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner and document all call outcomes in CRM.
  • Serve as a lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of solid B2B sales with a track record of success.
  • SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms experience is highly desirable.
  • You are a true hunter and relationship builder.
  • You can multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • You are naturally curious and have a desire to continually grow and develop.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

  • Screen Call: Video call with Talent Team (30m).
  • Skills & Experience: Video interview with Hiring Manager (45m).
  • Presentation: Video interview with Hiring Team (75m).
  • We aim to finalise the entire interview process within 2 weeks.
