About the Role
Fresha is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their global team in Qatar, focused on bringing in new business through cold outreach and managing the entire sales cycle.

Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve sales targets (KPIs)
- Calling key decision makers using phone, email & social touches with the goal of bringing on new business
- Present, promote and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close
- Perform cost benefit and needs analysis with existing/potential partners to align solutions to their goals
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience
- Provide feedback about ongoing trends in the industry
- Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner and document all call outcomes in the CRM
- Serve as a lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of solid B2B sales with a track record of success
- SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms experience highly desirable
- True hunter and relationship builder
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Naturally curious and have a desire to continually grow and develop
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required

What we are looking for
- Experience Minimum 2 years of solid B2B sales with a track record of success
- Industry SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable
- Relationship Building You are a true hunter and relationship builder
- Organised You can multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Curiosity You are naturally curious and have a desire to continually grow and develop
- Languages Fluency in English Arabic is required
