About the Role
Styli Marketplace seeks a dynamic Business Development Associate to onboard new sellers onto its fashion and beauty platform. The role involves seller identification, end-to-end onboarding management, and go-live activation.

Responsibilities
- Identify potential sellers across various categories to join the platform
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage with sellers
- Guide sellers through end to end onboarding process including commercial alignment, curation, agreement finalisation, and account setup
- Train and support sellers on onboarding steps, catalog curation, and inventory build up
- Work with sellers to ensure products are live on the platform within agreed timelines
- Perform quality checks on product listings for accuracy, compliance, and completeness
- Resolve issues or roadblocks preventing sellers from going live
- Maintain up to date understanding of supplier clusters and regional supplier bases
- Build relationships within key supplier communities to facilitate long term collaboration
- Monitor progress of onboarding sellers and report key metrics to stakeholders
- Gather feedback from sellers to improve the onboarding process
- Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and customer support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3 5 years of experience in seller onboarding, account management, or similar roles within e commerce/marketplace platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with e commerce platforms, supplier clusters, and seller operations
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and onboarding systems
- Detail oriented and process driven
- Customer focused with a problem solving mindset
- Proactive and able to work in a fast paced environment

Job Description
- Identify potential sellers across various categories to join the platform.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in seller onboarding, account management, or similar roles within e commerce/marketplace platforms.
- Exposure in Electronics, Nutraceuticals, Luggage and Personal Care Appliances categories preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with e commerce platforms, supplier clusters, and seller operations.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and onboarding systems.
- Detail oriented and process driven.
- Customer focused with a problem solving mindset.
- Proactive and able to work in a fast paced environment.
