Job Description

  • The Brand Marketing Executive will work closely with the Brand Manager & Head of Branding to execute Styli's brand marketing initiatives across GCC markets.
  • The role will support the delivery of campaigns, PR activities, influencer partnerships, events, collaborations, and consumer research programs that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Support the Brand Manager in maintaining Styli's brand identity, tone of voice, and positioning across all customer touchpoints.
  • Ensure marketing and communication materials are aligned with established brand guidelines across GCC markets.

2. Marketing Brand Calendar & Campaigns

  • Work closely with the Brand Manager to execute the annual brand marketing calendar, including seasonal campaigns, product launches, and key brand moments.
  • Coordinate with creative, content, performance, CRM, and merchandising teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and in line with objectives.

3. PR Management

  • Coordinate day to day execution with PR agencies, ensuring timely sharing of campaign information, product updates, and brand messaging.
  • Support media outreach, product seeding, coverage tracking, and reporting while maintaining relationships with media and industry contacts.

4. Events & On ground Activations

  • Work with the Brand Manager and external agencies to execute events, pop ups, brand activations, and experiential marketing initiatives across GCC markets.
  • Coordinate vendors, timelines, budgets, logistics, and post event reporting to ensure smooth delivery and brand consistency.

5. Influencer Marketing

  • Execute influencer campaigns across GCC markets, including influencer sourcing, onboarding, briefing, content approvals, campaign coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain influencer databases and support relationship management with creators and agencies.

6. Brand Collaborations

  • Support the execution of brand partnerships and collaboration projects by coordinating with internal teams and external partners on campaign deliverables, timelines, and launch plans.
  • Track partnership performance and contribute to post campaign evaluations.

7. Consumer Immersions

  • Work with the Brand Manager and external research agencies to support consumer immersions, focus groups, market visits, and customer research initiatives.
  • Compile consumer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to support campaign planning and brand decision making.

8. Insights & Reporting

  • Track and report on campaign, PR, influencer, event, and brand performance metrics.
  • Maintain reporting dashboards and share key learnings and recommendations to support future marketing activities.
