About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage routers, switches, firewalls, WLCs, and access points; configure routing/switching protocols and site to site VPNs
- Maintain firewall configurations, define content filtering policies, and manage Network Access Control (NAC) solutions
- Configure Azure virtual networks, subnets, Network Security Groups (NSGs), Application Gateways, and Azure Bastion
- Lead response to network security incidents and breaches; perform regular vulnerability scans and security assessments
- Implement Network Access Control (NAC) solutions and manage external/internal security setups
- Develop, document and maintain procedures that meet client requirements and policies
- Maintain a continuous improvement program for Administration and Support service delivery
- Isolate, diagnose and resolve routing related incidents
- Maintain records of configurations and support firmware upgrades
- Coordinate with support organizations for troubleshooting and support
- Communicate with Internet ISP and apply required connectivity requirements
- Perform network security reports
Requirements
- Cisco CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification
- Cisco CCIE certification
- Subject Matter Expert level experience
- Core Technical Expertise: NGFW, WAF, Azure Virtual Networks, and site to site VPN connectivity

- Maintain a continuous improvement program that improves Administration and Support service delivery.

- Support firmware upgrade when required and recommended by the vendor
- Device License Tracking
- Co ordination with support organizations for troubleshooting and Support
