About the Role

Responsibilities
- Receive all incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables from suppliers; verify quantities, quality, and documentation against purchase orders
- Issue raw materials and consumables to Production Supervisor and Syrup Room In Charge based on approved requisitions
- Ensure physical stock accuracy against system balances at all times; investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Apply FIFO methodology for all stock issuances to prevent expiry and minimize wastage
- Adhere to Food Safety, Hygiene, and GMP standards during receiving, storage, and handling
- Maintain appropriate storage standards (temperature, segregation, labeling) to eliminate losses
- Monitor near expiry, slow moving, and damaged inventory and report to Procurement Manager
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) for materials as requested
- Perform all transactions in the ERP system, including Stock Receipt Vouchers, Raw Material Issues, Work Orders, and Transfer Requests
- Conduct daily preparation and submission of finished goods and raw material stock reports
- Conduct periodic cycle counts and quarterly stock counts; report results and investigate variances
- Analyze and provide information on stock movement trends, consumption rates, and inventory levels
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience within a warehousing or stores function in an FMCG, food production, or CSD/LRB environment
- University degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field
- Prior experience as a Raw Materials Storekeeper is mandatory
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. EMIS or equivalent)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Bilingual (English and Arabic) is preferred
- Knowledge of Food Safety, Hygiene, and GMP standards
- Familiarity with FIFO stock management principles

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure physical stock accuracy against system balances at all times; investigate and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) methodology for all stock issuances to prevent expiry and minimize wastage.
- Adhere to Food Safety, Hygiene, and GMP standards during receiving, storage, and handling of all materials.
- Maintain appropriate storage standards (temperature, segregation, labeling) to eliminate losses from damage, contamination, or pilferage.
- Monitor near expiry, slow moving, and damaged inventory and report to the Procurement Manager for swift action.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) for materials as and when requested.
- Perform all transactions in the ERP system, including creation of Stock Receipt Vouchers (SRVs), Raw Material Issues, Work Orders, and Transfer Requests (TRs).
- Conduct daily preparation and submission of finished goods and raw material stock reports.
- Conduct periodic cycle counts and quarterly stock counts; report results and investigate variances.
- Analyse and provide information on stock movement trends, consumption rates, and inventory levels to support operational planning.
Skills
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience within a warehousing or stores function in an FMCG, food production, or CSD/LRB environment, preferably in the GCC or MENA region.
- University degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a Raw Materials Storekeeper is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. EMIS or equivalent).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Bilingual (English and Arabic) is preferred.
