About the Role
Emirates is seeking a Network Optimisation and Schedules Integration Manager to manage commercial planning at the Network Control Centre. The role involves optimizing flight schedules, managing charter flights, and ensuring schedule recovery.

Responsibilities
- Manage and represent Commercial Planning at the Network Control Centre (NCC)
- Design and develop operating procedures for schedule adjustments to match supply and demand
- Audit performance of Network Optimisation & Charters Controllers and provide commercial input
- Identify flights with high/low demand and recommend aircraft re assignment
- Monitor weak performing flights and lead tactical price changes
- Negotiate with aeronautical authorities for landing/handling permissions
- Manage production of Emirates public timetables
- Steer operational stakeholders towards incremental revenue/cost saving opportunities
- Represent Commercial Planning at Flight Disruption Unit
- Project manage charter flights throughout lifecycle
- Evaluate night curfew and slot constraints at airports
- Plan and coordinate with EGIT to ensure ENCOM, CSR and other systems are functional
Requirements
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
- 8+ years in Commercial/Sales/Research/Analysis
- Experience in Airline Industry specifically in Network optimisation/flight scheduling
- Sound knowledge of flight scheduling, passenger charter sales, airline operations, aviation regulations
- Excellent knowledge of IT systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IATA SSIM chapters 4, 6, 7 knowledge
- Computer literate with expertise in flight scheduling systems

Job Purpose
- Manage and represent Commercial Planning at the Network Control Centre (NCC).
- Provide direction and support to ensure commercial issues are addressed and resolved.
- Jointly responsible for planning and decision making to achieve commercial and corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit performance of Network Optimisation & Charters Controllers and provide commercial input.
- Identify flights with high/low demand and recommend aircraft re assignment.
- Monitor weak performing flights and lead tactical price changes.
- Negotiate with aeronautical authorities for landing/handling permissions.
- Manage production of Emirates public timetables.
- Steer operational stakeholders towards incremental revenue/cost saving opportunities.
- Represent Commercial Planning at Flight Disruption Unit.
- Project manage charter flights throughout lifecycle.
- Evaluate night curfew and slot constraints at airports.

- Design procedures to prevent leakage of confidential information.
- Direct EGIT to develop ENCOM's Commercial Request Module.
Qualifications
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).
- 8+ years in Commercial/Sales/Research/Analysis.
- Experience in Airline Industry specifically in Network optimisation/flight scheduling.
- Sound knowledge of flight scheduling, passenger charter sales, airline operations, aviation regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of IT systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
