Network Engineer

Skills & Abilities

• SENIOR LEVEL: 10+ years of relevant experience and a STEM BS degree or 5 years relevant experience and a MS degree in systems engineering or 13+ years of experience in Lieu of a degree. Experience in providing full life cycle systems engineering support to large, complex programs
• Familiar with DHS or DoD Acquisition Lifecycle Framework (ALF)
• Familiar with DHS Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) framework
• Experienced in requirements analysis
• Experience in developing engineering plans, trade studies, CONOPS documents, and decision papers
• Knowledge of a broad spectrum of technical fields and engineering disciplines
• Strong problem-solving skills, organizational skills, communication skills, and leadership skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, independent performer who can perform well in a collaborative, team environment
• Individuals with good technology, network and security understanding and the soft skills to work with others to get technical things done correctly.

Education and Experience

Location

• Work will be conducted remotely. Travel will be required for the position(up to 40%), all within the United States.

Salary

• Estimated range between $125,000 - $150,000. Garud considers multiple factors determining final salary including contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
