Acquisition SME II

Garud is seeking an Acquisition SME II to provide FEMA expert support across the full acquisition lifecycle, including planning, proposal evaluation, contract administration, and closeout.

This role supports FEMA acquisition teams with advanced knowledge of federal procurement requirements and best practices.

• Support acquisition planning, source evaluation, and price/cost analysis.
• Assist with technical proposal analysis and contract administration activities.
• Prepare acquisition-related policies, guidelines, and supporting documentation.
• Provide expertise on performance management and contract closeout.
• Advise on acquisition lifecycle activities and federal procurement requirements.
