- Design and develop high performance backend services using .NET Core
- Build and maintain frontend and business applications using Mendix low code platform
- Implement seamless integration between high code and low code components
- Integrate AI capabilities such as LLM, predictive analytics, and automated document processing
- Design and implement microservices architectures and RESTful APIs
- Lead modernization initiatives for legacy systems and migrate to hybrid cloud
- Conduct code reviews and model reviews to ensure quality and compliance
- Mentor and guide junior developers in high code and low code methodologies
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Information Management Sciences & Systems or any relevant field
- 4 to 6 years of work experience
- Proficiency in .NET Core and Mendix development
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices
- Knowledge of AI integration (LLM, predictive analytics)

Job Purpose
- To design and deliver scalable, secure, and high performance enterprise applications by combining .NET backend development with the Mendix low code platform. Drives system integration, AI enablement, modernization initiatives, and platform governance.
Key Accountability Areas
- Hybrid Application Development: Design and develop high performance backend services using .NET Core; build and maintain frontend and business applications using Mendix; implement seamless integration between high code and low code components; optimize application performance, scalability, and maint
- AI Integration & Intelligent Solutions: Integrate AI capabilities including LLM integration, predictive analytics, machine learning models, automated document processing and intelligent workflows; collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI driven use cases; ensure secure and scalable AI d
- System Architecture & Integration: Design and implement microservices architectures using .NET; develop RESTful APIs; ensure high availability, security, and performance across distributed systems; contribute to architectural decision making and technical roadmaps.
- Platform Governance & Best Practices: Act as SME for Mendix platform; establish and enforce best practices in model driven development, application security, performance optimization, scalability and maintainability; define development standards, CI/CD processes, and governance frameworks.
- Application Modernization & Cloud Migration: Lead modernization initiatives for legacy systems; migrate applications into hybrid cloud environments; leverage low code/no code platforms for rapid UI prototyping; utilize .NET for complex business logic; ensure smooth transition with minimal disruption
- Mentorship, Quality & Documentation: Conduct code reviews and model reviews; maintain comprehensive technical documentation; mentor and guide junior developers; promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Academic Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Information Mgmt. Sciences & Systems or any relevant field
- Work Experience: 4 to 6 Years
