About the Role
Otis seeks a NE Supervisor to manage pre-installation, coordination, and installation phases for elevator and escalator projects in Dubai. The role requires 5+ years elevator industry experience, fluency in English and Chinese, and strong project management skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage all pre installation works including planning material deliveries and monitoring shaft readiness
- Coordinate with main contractors, architects, and consultant teams on project requirements
- Plan and arrange logistic programme for safe and timely deliveries of escalators and elevator material
- Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to main contractor
- Attend weekly/bi weekly meetings with main contractor
- Advise main contractor of any deviation to scope of works and book Variation order
- Ensure adequate resources are available during installation phase
- Follow up of installation progress through MS Projects, Primavera or excel
- Conduct TBT/FPA and ensure safety aspects are adhered to
- Coordinate with internal supporting departments to fulfill project deliveries
- Manage and be responsible for the project's budget
Requirements
- Minimum 5 year Elevator industry experience
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Ability to work in a highly team oriented and dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects
- Comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software

Core Responsibilities
- Manage all pre installation works: ensure availability of contractual scope, plan material deliveries, monitor shaft readiness, ensure adequate resources.
- Coordination with main contractors, architects, and consultant teams: shop drawings, technical submittal, logistic programme, reports, meetings.
- Installation Phase: ensure adequate resources, raise Material Inspection Request, follow up installation progress, conduct TBT/FPA, ensure QA/QC, handover units.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 year Elevator industry experience.
- Candidate should be fluent in English and Chinese.
- Ability to work in a highly team oriented and dynamic environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects.
- Comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software.
