- Increase market coverage and 100% MP offering
- Establish sales objectives by providing accurate forecast month over month
- Manage strategic relations with main Contractors, Consultants & Key Accounts
- Provide sales support to clients in the design stage
- Prospect, review, study and price MP's along with preparing technical and commercial submittals
- Negotiate contracts technically and commercially to reserve company rights and profitability
- Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding product or service
- Update company internal reporting systems (MP Tracker, CRM, eLOG)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Sales or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with sales operations in a construction/engineering organization
- At least 2 years in positions of progressively increasing responsibilities
- Fluent written and spoken English essential
- Arabic preferred

Role Overview
- Responsible for supporting new equipment operations including negotiating new contracts, updating contractual terms and competitive intelligence to grow market share for Otis.
- Conduct product check post delivery/installation at client site to ensure quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving the SOS growth in major project NE Orders (above 2.0m$)
- Increasing the market coverage and 100% MP offering
- Establish sales objectives by providing accurate forecast month over month with clear objective of achieving the individual annual plan.
- Managing strategic relation with main Contractors, Consultants & Key Accounts
- Maintaining the relationship with the current existing KA's
- Providing sales support to clients in the design stage
- Prospecting, Reviewing, Studying and Pricing MP's along with preparing technical and commercial submittals.
- Negotiating the contracts (technically and commercially) that reserve the company rights and profitability.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
- Abiding the company internal policies and code of conduct
- Following the SIP internal process.
- Making sure of updating company internal report reporting systems e.g MP Tracker, CRM, eLOG.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Sales or equivalent
- Relevant certification such as Certified Sales Associate (CSA) or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with sales operations in a construction/engineering organization
- At least 2 years in positions of progressively increasing responsibilities
- Fluent written and spoken English essential, Arabic preferred
