Job Overview

- Manage all pre installation works: ensure availability of contractual scope, plan material deliveries, monitor shaft readiness, ensure adequate resources.
- Coordinate with main contractors, architects, and consultants on project requirements including shop drawings, technical submittals, and approvals.
- Plan and arrange logistics for safe and timely deliveries of escalators and elevator materials.
- During installation phase: ensure adequate resources, raise material inspection requests, follow up on installation progress using MS Projects or Primavera.
- Manage project budget: prepare and present cost reviews to finance and management.
Minimum Qualifications

- Fluent in English and Chinese.
