Purpose of the Job

  • To design, lead, and continuously enhance end to end learner experiences and digital learning ecosystems across HITCL, ensuring high levels of learner satisfaction, effective digital delivery, data driven improvement, and operational excellence in learning coordination.

Key Accountabilities

  • Learner Experience Excellence: Own the design, consistency, and continuous improvement of end to end learner experiences across all HITCL programs
  • Digital Learning Ecosystem Effectiveness: Ensure the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of engaging digital learning journeys
  • Instructional Design & Content Quality Governance: Establish and enforce instructional design and content standards
  • Learning Analytics & Insight Driven Improvement: Design, maintain, and govern HITCL learning KPIs, dashboards, and analytics frameworks
  • Training Coordination & Delivery Enablement: Ensure efficient, well coordinated execution of training programs
  • Team Leadership & Enablement: Build, lead, and develop high performing teams

Major Activities

  • Design, monitor, and continuously improve end to end learner journeys across all HITCL programs
  • Design and maintain HITCL learning KPIs, dashboards, and analytics frameworks
  • Establish learner experience standards to ensure consistency, engagement, and satisfaction across delivery modes
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of learning data and reporting across systems
  • Oversee instructional design standards and methodologies for digital and blended learning programs
  • Leverage analytics insights to drive evidence based decisions and continuous improvement in learning effectiveness and utilization
  • Ensure all digital learning content aligns with adult learning principles, academic governance, and HITCL learning philosophy
  • Lead the Contents Creation Center in producing high quality digital learning assets using AI, multimedia, and emerging technologies
  • Provide strategic oversight of LMS/LXP platforms and digital learning ecosystems to ensure reliability, scalability, and adoption
  • Oversee content libraries, version control, reusability standards, and support to schools’ production needs
  • Govern the administration, configuration, and continuous enhancement of digital learning platforms in line with delivery needs
  • Oversee training coordination activities, including scheduling, calendars, logistics, and learner communications

Qualifications/Education, Experience, and Skills

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Technology, Business, or a related discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum Experience: 12–15 years of experience in learning experience design, digital learning, or corporate education. Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role managing enterprise learning platforms or learning enablement functions.
  • Job Specific Skills: Learning Experience & Journey Design, Instructional Design, Digital Learning Platforms (LMS/LXP) Management, Learning Analytics, Team Leadership & Coaching
  • Special Certification or Membership: Instructional Design certification (e.g., ATD or equivalent) is preferred
