- Bring your energy to Aggreko as **Multiline Sector Leader** based in **Riaydh** .
- You will drive revenue and EBITDA growth through effective management of the sales teams ; develop and implement specific sales plans aligned with company strategy; coach and develop team members; ensure CRM discipline and process adherence; monitor key sales metrics and pricing levels; lead by example on key accounts and opportunities while building high-performing sales culture.

- What you’ll do as Multiline Sector Leader:
- Proactively lead and manage a team of Sales Specialists and Sales Consultants to create a high-performing sales culture.
- Drive revenue and EBITDA growth through effective strategies, leadership and management of the field sales teams.
- Work in collaboration with Global Sector Specialists, Marketing and Business Development teams to develop and implement territory/sector-specific sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Implement robust pipeline management systems ensuring forecast accuracy and healthy opportunity flow.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including activity levels, conversion rates, and pricing governance.
- Provide hands-on leadership in strategic accounts and complex opportunities while developing team capabilities.
- Foster effective collaboration across marketing, operations, and technical specialists to maximize solution delivery.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers in the territory/sector.
- You are:
- Successful track record in relevant sector sales with consistent target achievement.
- Previous experience working in global/matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholder management.
- Proven coaching and team development capabilities with evidence of developing high performers.
- Experience managing high-performing sales teams to exceed revenue and profitability targets.
- Strong CRM management skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Experience working effectively with marketing teams to implement campaigns and drive lead generation.
