Role Overview
- The Multi Outlet Manager will oversee all aspects of operations across four outlets: Matinee/Float (Pool Bars), Sidekicks (All Day Dining), and Craft Services (Cafe).
- Provide unified leadership, ensuring operational consistency, enhancing guest experience, and driving efficiency and performance.
Typical Day Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations: manage outlet operations, guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, marketing, budgeting, and policies.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences: monitor service and product quality, assess guest satisfaction, address issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Inspire and develop the team: supervise, coach, mentor; conduct performance evaluations; provide professional development; recognize achievements.
- Drive revenue growth: implement innovative marketing strategies, up selling techniques, and promotional initiatives to maximize F&B sales.
- Recruit and onboard talent: lead hiring efforts, conduct interviews, train new team members.
- Uphold regulatory standards: maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
