Trade Execution
- Execute trades across all asset classes.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of trades while following risk and compliance parameters.
Risk Management
- Adhere to risk management policies and guidelines to manage exposure across trading positions.
- Use risk management tools to mitigate potential losses and ensure compliance.
Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyze client trading activity.
- Provide regular reports on client trading activity to senior management.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure all trading activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate records of trades and transactions for compliance and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
- An advanced degree or professional certification such as CFA or CMT is a plus.
- Three to five years of experience in trading US equities or related asset classes is required.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and execution algorithms is required.
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis and financial modeling is required.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are required.
