Role Overview
The role provides managed services engineering support for complex client infrastructure.
The work spans cloud, security, networking, applications, incident resolution, and operational improvement.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and resolve complex technical incidents.
- Ensure client infrastructure is configured, tested, and operational.
- Manage high-complexity tickets and advanced tasks while meeting service-level agreements.
- Conduct checks, use monitoring tools, and respond to alerts.
- Log, analyze, assign, and escalate support calls.
- Identify optimization and automation opportunities.
- Create knowledge articles and train junior team members.
- Coach L2 teams on advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Engage third-party vendors and update systems and portals.
- Support projects and disaster recovery functions within client requirements and timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive managed services experience handling complex cross-technology infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
- Proven experience working with vendors or third parties.
- Ability to communicate across different cultures and social groups.
- Effective planning and adaptability in changing circumstances.
