Role Description
Full-time, on-site Mortgage Sales Officer role based in Dubai.
Generate and manage mortgage business for individual and corporate clients.
Advise clients on mortgage products, prepare loan applications, and coordinate with underwriting and credit teams.
Build relationships with real estate agents, developers, and other referral partners.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads, conduct client meetings, and assess financing needs.
- Ensure loan documentation complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain client contact, provide application updates, and deliver customer service throughout the loan process.
- Support ongoing business growth through sales, negotiation, and referral-partner relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of mortgages and loans and a finance background.
- Demonstrated customer service, sales, negotiation, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Familiarity with underwriting processes and documentation requirements.
- Prior mortgage sales, banking, or lending experience in the UAE or GCC is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant industry certifications and additional languages used in Dubai are advantageous.
Work Arrangement
- The role is on site and client facing in Dubai.
