The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
The role develops and executes marketing strategies supporting investment and business goals.
The position covers brand positioning, campaign planning, market outreach, and consistent brand messaging.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee marketing campaigns and coordinate digital and traditional marketing activities.
- Manage external agencies and vendors.
- Analyze market trends and performance data and prepare marketing reports.
- Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to align marketing initiatives with corporate objectives.
- Support event marketing, content creation, and stakeholder communication.
- Enhance the company’s visibility and reputation through coordinated marketing activity.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in marketing strategy, brand management, and campaign planning.
- Experience with digital marketing channels, social media management, and performance tracking tools.
- Ability to analyze market data and translate findings into actionable marketing plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and persuasive marketing materials.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating with external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- An advanced degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
- Prior experience in investment, financial services, or corporate marketing in the region is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with common office and marketing software tools.
