Full-time, on-site Finance Manager role based in Dubai.
The role oversees financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow, investment performance, and financial models for property acquisitions and disposals.
The Finance Manager coordinates with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies and supports strategic decisions with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Russian and English are used in daily communication with investors, partners, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the company’s real estate portfolio.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow and monitor investment performance.
- Prepare financial models for property acquisitions and disposals.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with local financial and real estate regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong finance and accounting skills, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and cash flow management.
- Experience in real estate finance or investment, including property valuation, portfolio analysis, and transaction support.
- Proficiency in Russian and English and the ability to present financial information clearly in both languages.
- Advanced skills in Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Knowledge of local financial regulations and real estate market practices in Dubai or the wider UAE region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems is an advantage.
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA are a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate with diverse teams.
