Role Overview
The Head of Sales (Investment) is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
The role leads and scales the investment sales function and drives revenue growth across target markets.
The position manages investment sales strategy, key client relationships, team performance, pipelines, and forecasts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for investment products.
- Lead the sales team and set performance targets.
- Monitor sales pipelines and review sales forecasts.
- Bring in investors and drive revenue growth.
- Coach and mentor team members and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and sales management experience with a record of achieving and exceeding targets in investment or financial services.
- Proven account management capability and experience managing long-term client relationships.
- Solid team management experience in a performance-driven environment.
- Experience in investment products, wealth management, asset management, or financial advisory is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging senior stakeholders and high-net-worth clients.
- Familiarity with regional regulatory frameworks and the Dubai financial market.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
