Module lead - (Technical Product Owner)

You'll be working with the product and engineering team.

This team runs on coffee with an infectious passion to build products that have never been built before.

Our Flexible Energy Stack consists of the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station) which together unlock 15-minute rapid charging.

All product development at Exponent is delivered by cross-functional teams : internally referred to as squads.

Each squad owns a target in cost, quality and timeline, and is led by a Module Lead.

The Module Lead is the single point of product ownership at the squad.

You hold the trade-off calls: when cost, timeline and quality pull against each other.

You own the outcome.

• Own product development end-to-end : lead a cross-functional team to design, validate and manufacture, and take the product from the first prototype to a thousand units in the field
