Mobile Banking SIT Test Lead- Mobile App (Native)

Overview

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall
• test strategy, test planning, and execution

• Perform
• end-to-end functional and System Integration Testing (SIT)
• for mobile banking applications.
• Own and manage the
• quality assurance lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a
• QA Lead / Test Lead / Senior QA Engineer
• Strong experience in
• mobile banking, digital banking, or fintech domain
• Hands-on experience in
• SIT, end-to-end testing, and regression testing
• Solid understanding of
• manual and automation testing methodologies
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps, TestRail)
• Familiarity with
• Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience working in
• fast-paced, multi-vendor environments
• Exposure to
• performance and automation testing frameworks
