- Support and enhance the hotel’s Gin program, ensuring creativity, quality, and brand alignment
- Design and develop signature cocktails, seasonal menus, and bespoke beverage programs
- Incorporate local ingredients and Cambodian inspirations into cocktail creations
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
- Deliver exceptional, personalized guest interactions at the bar
- Monitor beverage stock levels, cost control, and wastage
- Train and mentor bartenders and bar team members
- Assist in pricing strategies to maximize profitability
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Mixology, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury hotel or high end bar environment
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, liqueurs, and cocktail techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Build relationships with repeat and VIP guests.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and bar organization.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and safety standards.
- Monitor beverage stock levels, cost control, and wastage.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Mixology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury hotel or high end bar environment.
