- Support and enhance the hotel’s Gin program, ensuring creativity, quality, and brand alignment
- Design and develop signature cocktails, seasonal menus, and bespoke beverage programs
- Incorporate local ingredients and Cambodian inspirations into cocktail creations
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
- Monitor beverage trends and introduce innovative concepts to enhance competitiveness
- Deliver exceptional, personalized guest interactions at the bar
- Share stories behind ingredients, techniques, and inspirations
- Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively resolve concerns
- Build relationships with repeat and VIP guests
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and bar organization
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and safety standards
- Monitor beverage stock levels, cost control, and wastage
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Mixology, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury hotel or high end bar environment
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, liqueurs, and cocktail techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
