The Lana – Dorchester Collection is hiring a Mixologist / Bartender in Dubai.
The role focuses on bar operations, cocktail craft, beverage service, guest experience, and team development.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily bar operations and provide an exceptional guest experience.
- Assist with beverage menu creation and maintenance.
- Train and mentor the restaurant team on cocktails and beverage service.
- Monitor trends and innovate the beverage offering.
- Track revenue targets and control beverage and other operating costs.
- Participate in daily pre-service team briefings.
- Coordinate with other departments on outlet presentation, cleanliness, and maintenance.
- Ensure high-quality beverage preparation, presentation, and inventory control.
