You’ll learn not only from your fellow Legends, but also through our award-winning learning academy, so that you can achieve the highest standards of craft, service, and leadership and become a legend in your own story.You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:You will be responsible to set-up, operate, and troubleshoot all AV/Protection/Lighting/ conferencing equipment, devices, and systems.Oversee the set-up of AV equipment in banquet and meeting rooms. Ensure all AV equipment is fully operational. Will carry out the repair and maintenance of all electronic systems and equipment such as TV systems, In-House movie system, In-House music system, Intercom system, two-way radio system, AV, projection etc. Diagnose malfunctioning electrical systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.Follow AV equipment preventive maintenance checklist to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.You’ll also maintain engineering area, clean and in an orderly manner. Keep close coordination with other engineering staff for smooth operation. Report any serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to the manager.Our values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day.
