- Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with precision and creativity
- Develop and innovate new cocktail recipes and seasonal drink programs
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and making personalized recommendations
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, and beers
- Manage bar inventory, monitor stock levels, and communicate ordering needs
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions
- Maintain impeccable bar cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff for seamless service
- Adapt to diverse preferences of international clientele
- Train and mentor junior bar staff
- Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
- 2 3 years of professional bartending and mixology experience in upscale hotels, restaurants, or premium bar establishments
- Proven expertise in crafting classic and contemporary cocktails with strong knowledge of mixology techniques and flavor profiling
- Bartending certification or equivalent professional training; mixology certification preferred
- Food and beverage safety certification or willingness to obtain
- Advanced knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, and other beverages
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high volume, fast paced environments
- Flexibility to work variable shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
