Role Overview
The Food & Beverage team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi supports exceptional guest experiences across the hotel journey.
The minibar operation supports convenience, personalization, product quality, and inventory control.
The Minibar Attendant reports to the Manager Housekeeping.
Minibar Operations
- Maintain minibar stock and monitor guest consumption.
- Ensure accurate billing and deliver personalized, efficient service.
- Maintain product presentation and replenish minibar items according to Rosewood standards.
- Support guest satisfaction through attention to detail, inventory management, and operational excellence.
Team Coordination
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, Stores, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless minibar operations.
