The Role
- Advise on a broad range of conventional and Islamic Banking & Finance matters, including Islamic finance and Shari'ah-compliant structures, syndicated and bilateral lending transactions, corporate finance, acquisition finance, project finance, real estate finance, refinancing and restructuring trans
- Work closely with leading partners on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.
- Handle significant client contact and responsibility from an early stage.
Requirements
- Advise on a broad range of conventional and Islamic Banking & Finance matters, including Islamic finance and Shari'ah-compliant structures, syndicated and bilateral lending transactions, corporate finance, acquisition finance, project finance, real estate finance, refinancing and restructuring transactions, and security arrangements and financing documentation.
