- Lead Microsoft Dynamics CRM On Premise implementations for a government digital transformation project.
- Perform CRM development, customization, and configuration.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other enterprise systems.
- Handle data cleansing, data integration, data mapping, and manage data relationships.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and problem solving.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM On Prem Consultant/Implementation experience.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, customization, and configuration.
- Extensive experience in CRM implementation projects, especially CRM On Prem environments.
- Hands on experience with Plugins, JavaScript, .NET, data cleansing, data integration, data mapping, and managing data relationships.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with other enterprise systems.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem solving skills.
- Hands on experience delivering TAMM services/projects.
- Previous experience working with UAE government entities.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (mandatory).
