Requirements
- Experience designing and building conversational agents, including intents, topics, generative AI capabilities, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of governance, security, and compliance considerations within the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Partner directly with business teams to interpret functional and technical requirements for conversational AI and automation scenarios.
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the wider Microsoft Power Platform.
- Build and integrate intelligent workflows, leveraging Power Automate, Dataverse, and other Microsoft services to enable end-to-end business processes.
- Define, implement, and enforce platform governance, standards, and policies for Copilot Studio and conversational AI solutions.
- Administer the Copilot Studio platform, including environment management, security configuration, and monitoring.
- Provide guidance and support on licensing models, capacity planning, and cost optimisation for Copilot and Power Platform solutions.
- Deliver high-quality, secure, and well-governed solutions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary delivery team, including architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
