The role supports enterprise-critical applications using OutSystems and .NET technologies.
The position covers full-stack development, APIs, production support, performance, security, and enterprise integrations.
Cloud, DevOps, and modern application architecture exposure is considered advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving custom applications, third-party integrations, and software environments such as .NET, VueJS, JQuery, and web browsers.
- Debug code using logs, error reports, and user-reported issues to identify root causes.
- Support software installations, configuration, updates, patches, bugs, performance issues, and integrations.
- Write Oracle or SQL Server queries to troubleshoot issues and retrieve required data.
- Collaborate with developers to escalate and resolve complex software issues.
- Collect reporting requirements and create statistical reports with Crystal Reports or Power BI.
- Provide technical support by phone, email, and remote sessions.
- Maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.
- Replicate reported issues, suggest test cases, and verify deployed fixes.
- Support APIs, SDKs, and other integration points.
- Monitor performance, logs, and alerts proactively.
- Share user feedback with development teams to support product improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in .NET, including C#, MVC, Web API, and .NET Core.
- Familiarity with VueJS or React, SDLC, Git, and Jira.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Oracle or SQL Server databases and SQL queries.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of software development experience and 3 years of application maintenance and system support experience.
- Experience with software development tools, customer-facing technical support, and software environment troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with API integrations, web services, or enterprise software systems.
- Knowledge of Agile or DevOps practices.
- ITIL certification.
