Required Skills and Experience

• Experience with Agile and Hybrid software development methodologies is required.
• The candidate should contribute to technical requirements, solution objectives, task planning, effort estimation, and technical coordination.
• The role requires communication, technical guidance, mentoring, teamwork, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Development Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement application modules alongside other team members.
• Design and develop scalable web applications and backend services using Java and related technologies.
• Develop and integrate APIs, services, databases, and application components.
• Support frontend integration using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and relevant web development frameworks.
• Collaborate with frontend teams using technologies such as React and React Native.
• Monitor development progress and provide technical updates to project and management teams.
• Perform technical tasks assigned by the Project Execution Team.

Preferred Skills

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 10 years of software engineering or application, system, or software development project experience is preferred.
• Professional certification from an industry-recognized organization or university is preferred.
• Technical experience with Java, JavaScript, Oracle, Python, software development lifecycle practices, and project management methodologies is preferred.
• Organizational, time management, analytical, and prioritization skills are preferred.
