- Lead the digitalization of merchant marketing workflows by understanding pain points and translating them into scalable product solutions
- Gather business requirements and independently prepare Market Requirement Documents (MRDs) for new product features and marketing tools
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize UAE business requirements and drive feature implementation from concept through launch
- Own merchant operational processes across the lifecycle including onboarding, qualification reviews, contract management, fee approvals, settlement reconciliation, and marketing compliance
- Drive system enhancements that strengthen compliance controls and improve operational efficiency while mitigating business risks
- Lead cross functional projects involving Product, Business Development, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams
- Monitor adoption and performance of new product capabilities, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement through data driven insights
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Operations, Platform Operations, or Product Management within a technology company
- Experience working on merchant facing products or B2B platform solutions
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
- Demonstrated experience writing Market Requirement Documents (MRDs) or similar product requirement documentation
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence Product and Engineering teams
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven experience leading cross functional projects across Product, Engineering, and Sales teams

What We Need From You
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Operations, Platform Operations, or Product Management within a technology company.
